Welcome to Panda Pediatrics. Our clinic answers your phone calls between Monday to Thursday (and some Fridays and Saturdays) 9 AM to 4 PM. Your appointment may be outside of these hours and so please come on time.
Due to the high volume of referrals that we receive, it is important that you keep your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment, please call 403-239-9333.
To help us keep the clinic running on schedule, please arrive 15 minutes early in order to complete all necessary paperwork. You may download the “Panda Pediatrics Intake Form” and complete it at home more thoroughly.
There are times when delays are unavoidable and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please present your child’s valid Alberta Health Care card when you check in with Reception upon arrival. Bring a list of your current medications and any related information. Write a clear list of questions and refills required.
Please remove all outdoor shoes. This is required to keep the clinic clean for your family. Consider bringing your own clean indoor footwear such as slippers or socks for the office.
Food/drinks are not permitted in the clinic. Many people visiting our office have food allergies.
Our clinic has easy handicap access for wheelchairs and handicap parking behind the clinic. Strollers should remain in your vehicle or left outside the clinic to keep the clinic clean for your family and to allow families free movement.
We schedule longer appointments for new patients. Appointments need to be confirmed a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment or else your appointment will be cancelled.
If you do not show up for your appointment or if you are more than 10 minutes late or if you fail to cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be required to pay a fee prior to being rescheduled.
Do not forget to book your follow up appointment before you leave.

If the appointment is for school or attention issues we ask that you complete the assessment before your appointment at: www.ADHDratingscales.com
1. Click on Parent Report for yourself or instruct your child’s teacher to choose Teacher Report.
2. Select Panda Pediatrics as the Clinician.
3. Consent to the Privacy Policy.
4. Then complete the Assessment version of the questionnaire.

We will be notified when it is completed and will log in to download the information.
The information is secure and private.
It is ideal to ask others who know your child to complete the questionnaire.
Please also bring as many report cards or reports/letters from the school or previous assessments. The more we know, the better the evaluation.
