Attending an appointment at Panda Pediatrics in person:

We have resumed regular in person clinic appointments.  Please limit the number of people that come to the visit.  Masks are not compulsory

Screening questions before entry include:

Do you have any new onset (or worsening) of the following symptoms?:

  • Fever

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath

  • Runny nose

  • Sore throat

  • Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea

  • Loss of taste or smell

  • New rash

  • Feeling unwell

When you arrive:

The clinic has been sanitized and social distancing will be observed. Upon entering, please use hand sanitizer.   PLEASE BRING AND WEAR A MASK if you answer yes to a screening question. Do not be surprised if your doctor wears a mask, gloves, gown and goggles/face shield as a precaution.

Your health and safety is our priority.

Rarely appointments may be by telephone.  We can best look after your child in person.  The call from your Doctor will be at the time of your scheduled visit.  Sometimes the call may be sooner or later than the appointment time due to unexpected issues.  The call may be from a "No Caller ID" or unlisted number - please answer.  Sometimes we may ask you to send more information such as a document, photo or video by email to wongcliniccalgary@gmail.com. You are consenting to send information by internet/e-mail which is not secure.  It is best your child is present to answer questions and listen to the treatment plan, especially if older than 10 years old.
